Shipping Options
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days domestically. Express shipping delivers in 1–2 business days in select regions. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $100.
Delivery & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard under Order History. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.
Return Policy
Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items, intimate apparel, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing. Contact our support team if you need assistance with sizing.
